Privacy Canada

Under the Privacy Act, patients in Canada have privacy rights and Lexicor has duties, for example, to maintain, protect, control and disclose protected health care information. These rights and duties are found in our Health Information Privacy Practices Notice.

Privacy EEC

Lexicor adheres to the EU-US Safe Harbor Framework and related privacy principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and enforcement. Additional information about these principles and the Safe Harbor can be found at the U.S. Department of Commerce Safe Harbor site.

Our Safe Harbor Privacy Policy Notice provides more information on how we implement the Safe Harbor Principals.

In compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles, Lexicor commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information.

European Union citizens with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy should first contact our Privacy Officer (see contact, below).

Lexicor has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Safe Harbor Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU Safe Harbor, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc.
